Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

Cyndicate Labs Limited (“Cyndicate Labs” or the “Company”) is a UK-based provider of technical cyber security services. We are committed to conducting our business responsibly, ethically and with respect for human rights.

Although Cyndicate Labs does not meet the turnover threshold requiring publication of a modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we have chosen to publish this statement voluntarily to demonstrate our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chain.

Our business and supply chain

Cyndicate Labs provides specialist technical security and cyber security services to its clients.

We consider the direct risk of modern slavery within our own workforce to be low due to the skilled and professional nature of our activities. However, we recognise that modern slavery risks can arise indirectly through supply chains and outsourced services, including technology hardware and equipment, software and cloud services, recruitment services, facilities and other third-party suppliers.

Policies and responsibilities

Cyndicate Labs is committed to conducting business in a responsible and ethical manner and expects its employees and suppliers to uphold similarly high standards.

Our Modern Slavery Policy sets out our approach to identifying and addressing concerns relating to slavery, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking.

The policy is communicated to staff and incorporated into the induction process. Employees are informed of the appropriate channels through which they can raise concerns and are encouraged to report any suspected instances of modern slavery or unethical labour practices within our business or supply chain.

Our wider employment policies and Employee Handbook also support our commitment to fair and responsible working practices.

Supplier due diligence and risk assessment

We take a proportionate, risk-based approach to assessing modern slavery risks within our supply chain.

Where appropriate, suppliers may be asked to provide information about:

• their approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking;
• relevant policies and procedures they have in place;
• how they assess modern slavery risks within their own operations and supply chains; and
• any action they take to identify, prevent or address those risks.

We use this information, together with the nature of the goods or services being supplied, the location of relevant operations and other appropriate risk factors, to help assess potential modern slavery risks.

Where concerns are identified, we will consider appropriate further investigation or remedial action. Depending on the circumstances, this may include seeking additional information or assurances from the supplier, requesting corrective action or reconsidering the supplier relationship.

Training and awareness

Our Modern Slavery Policy is made available to employees and forms part of our induction arrangements.

Employees are encouraged to remain alert to potential indicators of modern slavery and to raise concerns promptly through the Company’s established reporting channels.

We will keep the need for additional awareness or training under review, taking account of employees’ roles and their involvement in procurement or supplier management.

Monitoring our approach

We will continue to review our approach to modern slavery risk as our business and supply chain develop.

Our focus includes:

• maintaining employee awareness of our Modern Slavery Policy;
• considering modern slavery risk when appointing or reviewing relevant suppliers;
• obtaining appropriate information from higher-risk suppliers where necessary; and
• reviewing and responding to any concerns raised regarding modern slavery or labour practices.

To date, Cyndicate Labs has not identified any instances of modern slavery within its own operations or supply chain.

This statement has been approved by the directors of Cyndicate Labs Limited and reflects the Company’s approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking for the financial year ending 31 April 2026.
